VISION: In the working method of this office for architecture, form and structural expertise fuse into a balanced contextual and spatial fit. PROCESS: Via a careful yet energetic comparison between alternatives the programmatic demands transform, in manyfold deliberation with the client, into a functional and site specific concept. With an expressive architectural imagery the strive is nevertheless for modest details and a finishing with natural materials. Every design reconciles experience with utility and fits, at any rate with an extended architects commission, within the previously agreed on budget and space of time. The phases Inititative up to and including Final Approval involve a continuous shifting between strategic, tactical and operational levels. Competent advisors are contracted, if required and always in consultation.

PORTFOLIO: Principals vary from private persons (home, alteration) to municipalities (transport) and industry (factory plants). The artistic philosophical services range from manual sketches and models, to digital 3D-visualisation and working drawings with CAD software and hardware (A0 plotter). FEE STRUCTURE: Per full commission: eight to fourteen percent of building sum, depending on scale and complexity. Per hour: - Architectural EUR 140. - Feasibility, Drafting and/or Supervision EUR 70. Excluding expenses and value added tax. Flexible time scheduling. Per Tender: fifty percent of initial fee with bonus commitment. First consultation for free!
